After four months stopped making ice, then every in the freezer started thawing out followed by the fridge warming up. Called Samsung to book a service call and have to wait 3 days for repair person. After emptying left it turned on to see if it would start working. Temperature this morning read 23 degrees centigrade! If this can't be fixed right away I'm going to demand a refund from Costco.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I bought this fridge included in a samsung package for my new house built just 3 months ago. So far the only appliance that hasent broken is my stove. I woke up this morning and all my food in the fridge and freezer were thawed out. We called and someone might be coming to repair it in the next few days. So we have to go multiple days without the ability to keep anything in our house cold with a new baby.

I purchased this fridge back in December. The size is nice and is well organized inside. We have had issues with the ice tray leaking and spraying ice everywhere. This is currently being worked on and will hopefully be resolved. My main issue is that I used a stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth on the fridge and a portion of the finish came off. I contacted customer care and was told there was nothing that could be done as it was “user error” for using a stainless steel cleaner on a stainless steel fridge.

We bought this fridge a month ago after owning one similar to it in our previous house. This one came with a 10 Year Warranty sticker on the door that can't be removed. So for the life of this fridge we will have advertising on the front of the fridge. It certainly doesn't have this sticker on any of the models that we see online. I'm super disappointed and wish we hadn't bought it. In addition, it's loud and the finish is easily scratched. I won't be recommending Samsung to anyone.

this refrigerator was in the brand new home that i purchased in april, 2021. the ice maker has stopped working three times since then. the first time i only had to change the filter. the second time, ice was caught in top part of dispenser and was an easy fix. this third time, i have went through all of the trouble shooting steps several times, changed water filer, and still not working. the warranty has also expired and i havent been able to get ahold of a live person to help resolve this issue. this is the second samsung appliance in our new home that has stopped working.

This is a nice replacement to our smaller fridge. We had a 2 door with one side as a freezer. This one provides much more storage in the refrigerator section. The downfall is the ice dispenser. When you use the ice dispenser on cubed you get some small pieces. Also, it shoots out a little water when using dispenser for ice. Had repair guy out and they say it’s how these are made. Use a soft ice
